Another marvelous travel destination in northern Germany is Hanover. Hanover is one of the largest cities in Germany located on the bank of the River Leine. The city is the capital of the federal state of Lower Saxony. Its gigantic exhibition complex plays an important role for Hanover to be known as the “Exhibition City”. It hosts several of the biggest exhibitions and expositions in the world such as Hanover Fair and Oktoberfest Hanover. Many tourists around the world visit the city of Hanover to enjoy its cultural events. This makes the city to become one of Germany’s wealthier cities. Despite Hanover was badly destroyed by Allied bombers during World War II, there are historical landmarks, and wonderful attractions that draw tourists to visit Hanover. The city is now one of the most visited tourist destinations in the land of Germany. Hanover has numerous of historical buildings includes Market Church, a Gothic church built in the 1300’s; and the Old Town Hall, which dates from the 1400’s. The Great Garden of Herrenhausen is a world famous baroque garden of Herrenhausen date from the 1600’s. Even during winter you can see its beauty especially at the end of spring and summer. There are many prominent museums found in Hanover such as Historical Museum, Landesmuseum, Sprengel Museum, Wilhelm-Busch Museum, Blindenmuseum Hannover, and Kestner Museum. The city’s museums host some fascinating artworks and paintings collections. Hanover has complete world-class shopping centers like City center, and Bahnhofstrasse Street, perfect for shopping and eating. Many tourists visit Hanover just to shop where prices are affordable and not overpricing. Being a tourist’s paradise for all its visitors, surely many Hanover vacation rentals scattered within Hanover region. Ummm I'd love to see The Great Garden of Herrenhausen. Your pictures are lovely but do you have some of the garden? I looked up the external links hoping to see more pictures. I'd love to see some if you have them.
